NSRA safety program Compliance

This vehicle, 1939 Studebaker Coupe Express Complies with all 23 items of the voluntary NSRA Vehicle Safety Inspection Program. The sole purpose of the safety inspection is to advise the street rod owner of problem areas, either real or potential. As an "advisory" type inspection, it is only used to call the owner's attention to something which may have been overlooked. The inspection is not mandatory and has no effect on entering or taking part in street rodding activities.  C/W = Complied with
