Built by Hot Rods by Gibo, here's a modified stock build that sports a 350 conversion while retaining  the stock S-10 interior.
The engine is a 350 chevy with a 350 transmission. The paint is a PPG triple black candy with 4 coats of clear that was cut and buffed. The bed deck is swirled  aluminum which withstands exposure to the elements much better than a show deck done in oak or other hardwood. -The front marker / signals are a nice touch!

These pics are taken of the "Trendero" a '57 Ford Ranchero built by Trend Automotive in '61 in Lyons, IL. It went through three color changes from Candy Flake, to Yellow Pearl ('62 Car Craft Magazine) to last Candy Flake. It was built by Dave Puhl and John Malik, last shown at the New York Worlds Fair in '65 after that they closed the shop and it disappeared. Andy Kassa of Passaic, NJ built this show car back in 1954, and it was extensively modified over the years. This was considered One of the Most Favorite at all East Coast shows in the 1950's. Dick "Fuzzy" Fuerholzer sent us these pictures of the Car Craft Dream Rod built by Bill Cushenberry back in the 60's. It has been found and is presently being rebuilt to original by Mark Morarity in Mounds, Mn. Mark owns the Roth Outlaw Clone and the Dave Puhl Trendero which will be his next project ! Like the manufacturers and distributors of many of the slickest automotive tools, Dick Raczuk invented his Koul Tool out of necessity. Dick was working on his 41 Graham Hollywood and his hands were bloody and torn up from the braided hose .... he knew there had to be a better way to get the hoses into the fittings .... and so the 'koul tool" was born. Good Friend Jack Roberts had quite a project this winter... Last summer he came across a steel '32 that he had built back in the 80's ... and it was for sale ! So being the sentimental guy that he is.... he bought it and proceeded to completely go through the car. This is going to be quite the car as Jack is one of the best in the field... This year we expanded out booth exhibit to include a 52" LCD monitor along with some additional signage which just wouldn't fit in the Hotrodhotline Durango so we needed to upgrade our wheels to something more utilitarian..... an idea we just hated !
